How long have you been cooking and what got you into it?
Since I was 16 on disposable bbqs when me and the mrs moved in together I got a oil drumb bbq then the 1st lock down I got my master touch and then got in to proper low and slow and then the birth of hemming bbq become.
What are your biggest cooking failures?
Before I got a meat probe and having to guess temperatures
What would be in your dream outdoor cooking space?
A smokefire and a big gas grill with a big kamado
What is the best restaurant you’ve been to and what did you eat?
A restaurant we went to in America I cant remember the name of it but the food was so so good
What is the strangest thing or meal you’ve eaten?
What do you do for your day job?
I’m a mulit trade mainly carpentry and plumbing for a building company

Spending time with my kids I have 2 girls one aged 9 and one aged 3

Becoming a dad

Favourite film is saving private Ryan and music depends what mood I’m in I like most

Flying so I could just fly to a beach on a nice day

Bbq glazed ribs with corn on the cob and jacket potato

What would be the first thing you’d buy if you won the lottery?
A big house with a massive garden so I could have a big bbq area
